Story Group Workshops-Online

Our stories hold both stunning beauty and deep wounding. When we courageously enter a safe space to engage our own stories of pain, harm, betrayal, or loss, healing becomes possible. In this 6 week long online workshop, you are invited to write your story, engage it and explore how it has impacted and shaped your identity, beliefs, emotions, spirituality, style of relating, and calling. We will help you explore your story for insight, re-orientation, healing, and repair as you engage places in your story where confusion, fragmentation, dissociation, shame, rage, or other debris from harm have dwelled, so a more truthful narrative can gently emerge. As your story is re-engaged, you will discover places that need more care, freedom, and blessing. Engaging our own stories of harm takes courage, support, and tools. Meditation, mindful movement, breathing prompts, art, and ritual are some of the resources you will be invited into, to support the sacred work of entering our stories with kindness and grace. If you want to know yourself and your own story in a deeper way, this is the workshop for you.

Specialized Online Coaching Groups

Join others in a confidential online setting to foster growth, healing, resilience, authenticity, and community. During your small group coaching experience, you will be invited to engage:

Heart: Writing prompts and group discussion to help process and engage a variety of material. You may choose a topic from the list below or speak with us about a specific curriculum.

Spirit: We will invite you into meditative prompts to facilitate access into peace and clarity, and to create spaciousness within.

Body: Mindful movement and breathing prompts to help facilitate the nervous system to access grounding.
